EARSeL eProceedings is the Open Access Remote Sensing Journal of the European Association of Remote Sensing Laboratories published by BIS-Verlag of Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, Germany. The journal is devoted to refereed scientific publications in all fields of Earth observation and remote sensing:
including modelling studies, ground truth methods and measurements, and development of new sensors. Submission of original contributions and review papers are welcome. Manuscripts must be prepared according to the Author Guidelines which authors should download and use as a sample paper for manuscript preparation. All contributions are reviewed by referees. The editors will review the comments and make a decision about the manuscript: accept, accept after revisions, or reject. Once a manuscript is accepted, it will be edited and proofread, then electronically submitted to the author for final approval. After the author's final approval, the submission will be published on the EARSeL eProceedings website, and included in the next issue of EARSeL eProceedings on CD ROM. EARSeL eProceedings is a rapid publication journal and aims to minimise the time between submission and publication. Accepted contributions from EARSeL member laboratories shall be published no later than six months after submission. EARSeL eProceedings articles are free online without subscription fee to all readers with an up-to-date browser and Adobe Acrobat Reader. EARSeL member laboratories receive a free copy on CD ROM of each volume of EARSeL eProceedings. Subscription to EARSeL and membership details are obtainable from the EARSeL Secretariat. |
